Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan anytime. Your existing data, reports, and settings will remain safe during the transition. The upgrade cost will simply be the cost of the new plan.
Yes, you can downgrade your plan if your requirements change, but it will be done when your one-year plan is completed. However, certain advanced features from higher plans (like Payroll, WES Services, or Customisation) will no longer be accessible after downgrading.
